Unite House Car Park

Absolutely brilliant. I had the wrong code emailed to me and called the helpline. Had a solution straight away without delay from a very helpful person. Thank you.

The only issue with the car park is entry and exit. The app couldn't find the booking, the code for the keypad didn't work so we used the "emergency code" and it worked fine. To get in and out of the car park once parked you need the code for the pedestrian door. The Unite desk don't run the car park so depending on who you speak to might not know it. Need to make entry and exit easier or smoother and it's a perfect place. Very secure and easy to find. Close to the city centre and the art gallery area. Would recommend if the admin could be improved.

Booked and paid for parking. Arrived 10 minutes after start time. Unable to gain access to parking as gate code did not work, phoned helpline and greeted with answer machine message informing me that I should call again in office hours ie Monday ( this was Saturday) Eventually left and had to find alternative parking. Really not happy about this.

This is the first time time that I've used a parking pre-book company. I booked a space at Unite house car park Bristol. When I arrived the shutters were down and neither the app or pin code would open it. (I see in the reviews that someone else had the same issue with this car park) I couldn't get through to anyone at Just park either so had to park elsewhere and was late for a meeting. On the plus side Just park were apologetic and incredibly quick to start the refund process. ☹️

Got to the carpark and it was closed!! I had to find another carpark, and was late for my event.

Secure parking right in the heart of Bristol with good information as to the location. Provided access code did not work initially but the emergency code did to raise the shutters. Did not move the car over the course of the holiday so cannot comment on the leaving the complex multiple times. Contact number was required to confirm the departure code. There was a pedestrian gate to leave but not enter. Price was cheaper the the Travelodge parking where I stayed at.

Absolutely unacceptable. The barrier was locked, couldn't open it with either the open button or the PIN, customer behind us couldn't open it with his PIN either, phoned JustPark, waited and waited and got no response, had to go and find public car park elsewhere. 0 out of 10. Avoid this place at all costs. How do I get a refund?

Having to sign up with email and password, then sign into app, which didn't work straight away. Then the shutters didn't open either with the key pad or app. Phoned up - no 4 on the options. But not a problem. Just Park? In the old days we rocked up, had cash with us, put the money and just parked!!!

I am not happy. I booked this the day before and only after the booking was confirmed in the notes it said can not park electric or hybrid vehicles, and because it was within 24 hours I couldn't cancel. When I made bthe booking I had to put in my reg, and it showed my car as being an Outlander PHEV, which is a hybrid, but the booking was allowed to happen. This si not good, it needs to be much clearer. I had to pay more money to park elsewhere.

The parking is good. However, most of instructions aren't working well except the emergency one time key fortunately. It must be improved.
