Unite House Car Park

The code provided didn't work. Had to use the one-time only code to obtain access and egress. Also, we couldn't find a code to re-enter by the pedestrian gate, so we had to use the main door.

Arrived easily, but the app's "open sesame" button didn't work, it claimed it couldn't find my booking. The pin code I'd been sent also didn't work. When I called the number for "urgent" help, it went to an answering machine telling me to try calling back during opening hours, which was totally useless! My wife eventually spotted the "in case of emergency" one-time code which did open the door for us to get in. However, there's a pedestrian gate with a combination lock on it, but no information from Just Park on what that code is, so I spent half the gig I was at wondering if I would be able to get home! When we came back to the parking, I tried the "open sesame" button again and the app claimed I wasn't close enough to the parking; I was standing in the entrance! Tried my pin code again too with no luck, at which point I was getting very worried, but the "one-time" emergency code still worked to let us in and to let us back out. All in all, a very poor and stressful experience, pretty much all down to Just Park rather than the actual car park.

The doors would not open at the car park...the pin code would not work...the helpdesk were not available to help...so..i could not park and missed my event. So no...not all happy...i demand a refund for failure of purchased services.

Pros: great location and price for all day parking in city centre. Directions and photos made it easy to find. Cons: neither the in-app button or code provided opened the barrier, and no instructions for accessing the pedestrian entrance from outside the car park. I was only able to open the barrier using the "emergency" code provided in the booking, which thankfully could be used multiple times. Some parking spaces are difficult to access.

Car park was okay and felt secure once you were in it. However was given the wrong code to the gate so could not get into the car park until another passer by was going in. Upon return to the car park, we again couldn't get in due to not having the correct code. Phoned the urgent helpline number which said they had no agents to help. Was left no option but to start going up into the student accommodation and ask anyone who passed by if they knew the code to get in, which luckily one student led us down to the office. Once at the office the man behind the desk asked me to call the helpline again, however again no one was there to answer. He luckily had a key so could come with us to let us back out. But took 20 mins to get back into my car, and was way more stress than what it was worth.
