Unite House Car Park

Code did not work but one time passcode worked multiple times. Told Just park but code still useless when we left!!!

The main issue was the provided PIN did not open the door and nor did the open barreir button on the app (which messaged "cannot fund your session"). The emergency PIN in the app did not work but the (different) emergency PIN in the email did (which we were only alerted to after a few minutes panic by a kindly passer by who had the same issue). I'd give 5 stars but until this is resolved I can't recommend it.

The code I was given in the email did not work. I had to phone your customer help number (which was quick and helpful) and did not appreciate being stuck in my car waiting by the shutters (particularly due to the location of the parking being by a pavement which meant pedestrians had to walk around my car)

Great service which makes parking easy. Our pin didn't work so had to ring. Other than that faultless. Thanks

App buttons didn't work. The code didn't work. The one time emergency code thankfully did work... twice.

No electric vehicles? Why? Absolutely bizarre rule

Easy to book, easy to park, ideal location in a small secure private car park. However, the provided code did not work. I could not get in and someone at the building had to let me in with their fob. I could then not get out but luckily someone arrived to park and used their code to let me out otherwise I would have been their all night.

Car park gates wouldn't open when pressing the button. After someone let me in I couldn't get out for nearly 10 minutes beyond the actual end time of the booking!!!

Excellent space, very secure. However I had difficulty entering because the pin advised didn't work. I rang Customer Service and was advised to use the one-time pin, which was different. This worked but I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to use it again to exit (as it was a one-time pin). Also, the pedestrian access required a pin but the key pad didn't have a # symbol. I managed to use the one-time pin both for pedestrian access and to leave the space.

The entry code to enter did not work neither did the open barrier option on the app(said too far away from the barrier), tried the code that was given numerous times, so in the end had to use the one time only code which thankfully worked. No code given either for the door to gain entry on return, so had to use the one time only code, which thankfully worked so I could get to my car and leave also using the same code to open the exit shutters.
