Parking on Church Road, BS34

First time I used this app. I could just have parked in the long stay parking at the station but as I hadn’t used that station before I wanted the reassurance of having parking booked so as not to risk missing my train. This app misinformed me that there was no parking still available at the station and directed me to its nearest space available half a mile away. I’m 75 and had a long day planned so could have done without an extra mile of walking added to it. When I got to the station - surprise! There were lots of long stay spaces available there. Then my return journey was delayed and part of the walk back to my car didn’t feel too safe in the dark so I ended up paying for a taxi. Obviously I’ll never trust this app again and I’d advise anyone else to avoid it too.

Honestly I couldn't find the place even though the instructions were clear, the road name was hard to find which confused me. I found somewhere else with free parking on the road and was about cancel but then I found the location so I decided to use the space after all.

Very close to train station, enclosed parking area behind the houses secluded spot, would definitely use again
