This was my first time using Justpark for last minute change to travel plans. It worked really well.
Could just have done with explanation about leaving car for first timers and local taxi company would be helpful.

The lady is amazing, extremely helpful. I was struggling to find a taxi from hers to the airport, that's the only tricky part. Actual space is very safe and land lady is a dime. She dropped me to the airport. I will surely use this again. Thanks

Sally was a nice, polite. Arranged transfers with her separately. Drop off went, advised her builders would move our vehicle onto her driveway. However, on return Sally was uncontactable and that left us at the airport over 1.5 hours with 2 young girls, having to arrange a taxi after midnight. Arrived at house, car was still parked on roadside where parked and not on drive, house in darkness, knocked to collect key, whilst lights came on immediately and dogs barking, persons inside house, moved around and shut dogs away and quieten, it took a good 20 mins of knocking to get a upstairs response from Sally, she then came down with car key and apologised. She did text after to apologise again and has refunded money and paid for the taxi we had to book to get to collect our car. All and all very disappointed. Being left stranded with 2 children at night and car not being parked on drive as advertised.
