Download app to pay and then did not work at the exit barrier even though money taken, had confirmation code. Had to call car park operator to be let out. Poor service.

The app is absolutely ridiculous waste of time. Even though we paid for parking the gate didn't want to let us through, and the amount of trouble and nerves we had to sort it is atrocious. I will never use the app again if I can help it. I would give 0 stars if I was able to.

Couldn't get out the car park even tho I paid on the app, had to pay again at the machine (only one was working in the whole building) WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO USE THIS APP. FUCKING USELESS.
