Booking the parking space was very easy, it was convenient for where I was staying and I was happy knowing my car was safe. There was one tiny blip on returning from a day out I found all the parking spaces full. I waited for about 5 minutes, trying to phone someone about the problem, when a man appeared and quickly moved his car and I was able to park. That never happened again. I will definitely download your app and definitely use JustPark again.

Beware. Was fined £100 (£60 if paid promptly) for parking in the space illustrated in the picture. It is TOTALLY MISLEADING. The booking does not show that there are any other pictures to flick on to. The text even says “Use the picture for reference”
Only after later investigation following the shock of getting the ticket, did I see there were other pictures. The THIRD picture shows the actual spaces and should be used as the FIRST picture.
Ended up paying for a space I did not use and £60 to park in the space that is shown in the ONLY picture that showed on my booking - but it's not the space.
I called JustPark to say they should tell the owner to change the order of their pictures to put the THIRD picture FIRST! Not sure they listened. Beware!

It is a fairly steep incline which grated the bottom of my car on arriving and leaving.

It would have been helpful to know the road to access the space was actually closed. It was easy to find a detour but it would have helped to know before arriving.
