The parking space was taken by a white workman's van. The owner of the space was not contactable as no contact details were on the booking receipt. Other (very nice and helpful) residents of the building tried to find the owner of the van with no luck and said that this was not the first time that the space was no usable when a a Just Park client had arrived. The only option was (as informed by Just Park Customer support) was to go and find a public car park. Which we did - North Street Car Park had plenty of spaces and we spent less than than the cost of the Just Park space. We have received a refund from Just Park.
