What is nearby?
Open access car park with numbered bays.
2 minutes walking distance to the Laines and 8 minutes walking distance to Brighton station.
No height restrictions, but the entrance is somewhat narrow and may not be suitable for wider vehicles like people carriers, 4x4s, vans and mini-buses.
Entry road very tight. Other than that OK.
Very convenient parking space in city center, narrow passage through
I found this space hard to find using the Google maps navigation on my 'phone. But on returning home in peace without all the traffic, I find that the instructions to find it are good. The crucial point to look at on the map before setting off is the turning onto 'Gloucester Street', which comes just before the sat-nav destination, which is past this turning on a one-way street and sends you off on a 10 minute tour before you can have another try. SUMMARY: watch out for 'Gloucester Street ' turning!

The space I reserved and paid for was a little difficult to find and then once I did find it, it was unavailable due to someone parking in the space and this meant that I had to find another parking space else where and pay a ridiculous amount which was frustrating.
If you followed the instructions carefully it was dead easy to find. The space was easily identifiable and no problems with regards access. Will use again without a doubt.
Only two slight negatives were that someone was in the space when I got there and the spaces themselves are small but otherwise great!!! As others have said, the entrance is very tight but I watched a Land Rover get in so you’ve just got to be a bit careful. :-)
