The code 1700# did not work! We only got in due to a workman leaving, got back in because we used another number from a passer by and got out again as another workman entered and we left.

Door code box is knackered. Was late to show as code didn't seem to work. Only pure luck someone from a local restaurant confirmed it's faulty and you have to keep entering code until it works! So disappointed I missed the start of my show.

The parking space was impossible to find.I had to give up after 30 minutes of driving around and ending up in dead ends so it was a waste of money. The service itself is great but this parking spot in particular is not.

I could not find the car park so did not use the space. Had to park elsewhere and had to pay an extra £31. A very expensive car parking experience.
