Found the parking spot easily, good access nearby to the Amex. James the owner was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed to get around safely. Would use again if down in Brighton!

I've used this app a lot over the years and never had better comms. Absolutely excellent. I parked here
for the Forest game at the Amex. We walked it - about 2.5 miles to our seats. Really pleasant path through the fields at first with the stadium in the distance. Apparently there's a nearby bus stop if you prefer.
