I'm always a bit nervous in case I have the address wrong and park outside a random house. I had the good fortune to bump into the owner on one of the times I had to revisit my car. She was pleasant and friendly. Made me feel very comfortable. It's a great spot 10-15 minute walk from The Brighton Centre and close to lots of eateries.
