Driveway parking space in a quiet and safe residential close with the added bonus of stunning views over Brighton and the coast. Ideal for visitors and tourists to Brighton. Just book, park up and then come and go as you please! We're in a central location, just an 8 minute walk to Kemptown and the beach and a 15 minute walk to the centre of town and the pier. Please be aware that our house is located on a hill, which you may wish to bear in mind if you have any mobility problems. Alternatively you can catch the number 37/37A bus which stops right by our house every 30 minutes (get off at the Madehurst Close stop). We're also very convenient for the Royal Sussex Hospital, which is just a few minutes walk away.

Space was easy to find, although was a tad on the snug side for our car.. the space itself was safe and out of the way of passerbys.
Only down side was it was on top of a steep hill so be prepared for a hike.

Great spot, fantastic views (not suitable for anyone with mobility issues), very close to the hospital, big enough for small to medium car. I would definitely park here again - many thanks for the loan!

A great space that suited our needs, leaving the car on someone's drive for 2 days was reassuring. 20 minute walk into Brighton, a bit longer if like us you walk through Kemptown and window shop and have a coffee. Gives you an opportunity to see a part of Brighton you wouldn't normally see. Would recommend getting a taxi or Bus (37/37b, £2 single) as the space is up a steep hill.

Just as described up a steep hill on a shared drive. Flat shoes are a must for the hill but 66% cheaper than parking in town for 24h.
Owner of property gave me a friendly wave on arrival, perfect just park experience.

Easy to find and access and at a good price considering some of the rates in and around Brighton. It is a little on the small side which was fine for me but anything bigger than a hatchback might struggle.
