An update regarding the road works : temporary traffic lights outside the house would help. It took me a few attempts driving past and queuing.
The pictures supplied are out dated or the front of the house needs updating. Overgrown trees made it tricky to identify also. It’s a five minute walk to the station. A good spot.

It was a very nice parking, a good shady spot in all the sunshine, too. On the main route into Brighton, a nice walk, or inexpensive on bus or Uber.

Really convenience parking spot for Preston Park. Bit tricky to find at first, had to circle back but got there in the end. Plenty of space for our car and the driveway quite quiet when we needed it. Would use again, thank you :)
