Car Park on St. Georges Place, BN1

Thanks to the very detailed instructions it was reasonably easy to find. The alleyway to access it was very narrow and generally the car park felt a bit rough. However, it was a good location and a reasonable price.

It was impossible to find and I had to give up looking in the end. The directions given are misleading. The post code took me to a different destination. And the actual address I never did find. And trying find a means to cancel and claim a refund is impossible. Will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

The car park was impossible to get to and the directions on maps (as provided in the email) wanted us to park the car around some corner and walk the rest of the distance to the car park which defeats the point a bit. Waste of time and money

We left Eastbourne 5 pm eta Brighton and 15 Gloucester place 6pm. We followed the instructions and entered DOWN North Street and spent 1.3 hours looking for this parking place and the play 2:22 A Ghost Story at the theatre Royal started 7.30pm and we had or would have had a ten minute walk BUT as we never found our parking place despite really following the instructions we ended up parking in the NCP car park at 7.06pm and dashing to the theatre for a cost of £9.95p. I will be seeking a full refund inc my insurance.

The directions were misleading and the parking spot was in a very undesirable area would not recommend.

I prepaid for a parking space and The parking spaces were full and I had to park somewhere else!

Wrong postcode was displayed, confusing directions on how to get there. Extremely tight access to the parking.

Satnav didn't get me there, including Waze. Ended up having to pay a huge amount for Trafalgar St car park, having already paid for this. Very disappointing.

The address seems to have been updated and I couldn't get to the space easily today. I had to park in a car park Instead. It's also a tiny road to get a normal car down. I have a Fiat 500 which just about fits.

JP are wonderful. To be able to book a convenient spot is great. The real icing on that particular parking spot cake is being able to book and pay in advance.
