IDEALLY SUITS SMALL CARS AND CARS NOT LOW TO THE GROUND, DUE TO ROAD CAMBER INTO THE PARKING SPACE.
Off - street parking space to rent. Very close to central Brighton. Right next to London Road Train Station, 15 minutes walk to seafront 8 minutes walk to Brighton Train Station and 5 mins to A23, London Road local shops and amenities. 10 minutes walk to North Lanes.
PLEASE NOTE: the local Council has made the camber of the road into the space quite steep which unfortunately, I have no control over. Cars of a standard height off the road should be fine but lower cars might struggle.
I advise that the space is entered and exited extremely slowly and at an angle across the pavement to avoid scraping the underside of your car. As it's a narrow space, it's advisable to let passengers out of your vehicle before parking it,
PLEASE ALSO NOTE: this space is fairly narrow so it ideally suits small vehicles (although larger ones have parked there with no problems and taken extra care on entering/exiting the space - please see reviews).

Damaged front bumper.Deep road gully and high parking level angled car which scraped bumped on road.Not suitable for standard road cars.

Fantastic location for us & I was impressed by the immediate & helpful communication from the host, so much so, we will definitely be using this space again! Thank you for helping us afford to be in Brighton overnight rather than just a few hours :)

The parking space I rented in Brighton was so small, it wasn't fit for purpose. I could hardly get out of the car on the driver's side and I damaged the near-side wing mirror when reversing out of the tiny space in the wet and dark conditions. I have applied to JustPark for compensation, but they have refused.

Parking space should’ve specified that it was for small cars. I have a ford fiesta and was extremely tight to get in.
Also scraped the bottom of my car as the road dips and then rises again at the path so is not suitable for any cars except very high ones

very good communications with owner, I have a 2004 Focus, that just fitted, anything larger would have been a problem......but to be fair that's what the owner said!

A clothes dryer was left in the middle of the space, so before I was able to park I had to move it

Small space (but I was aware of that) I had a Citroën c1 and was snug, any bigger and you'll struggle... central, next to London road station, off road so felt safe... Definitely would use again!

Took a few mins to get it right but got there in the end and only 10 min walk from where I was working many thanks
