IDEALLY SUITS SMALL CARS AND CARS NOT LOW TO THE GROUND, DUE TO ROAD CAMBER INTO THE PARKING SPACE.
Off - street parking space to rent. Very close to central Brighton. Right next to London Road Train Station, 15 minutes walk to seafront 8 minutes walk to Brighton Train Station and 5 mins to A23, London Road local shops and amenities. 10 minutes walk to North Lanes.
PLEASE NOTE: the local Council has made the camber of the road into the space quite steep which unfortunately, I have no control over. Cars of a standard height off the road should be fine but lower cars might struggle.
I advise that the space is entered and exited extremely slowly and at an angle across the pavement to avoid scraping the underside of your car. As it's a narrow space, it's advisable to let passengers out of your vehicle before parking it,
PLEASE ALSO NOTE: this space is fairly narrow so it ideally suits small vehicles (although larger ones have parked there with no problems and taken extra care on entering/exiting the space - please see reviews).

Great parking spot in a safe area with plenty of time to park your car as its in a low traffic area.
Only downside is if you do have a longer car than ours (Kia Picanto) or wider you would have a slight issue getting in the space. There's a camber as you get into the space and it can scratch the underside of your bumper if reversing or going in head on. This can be slightly avoided if you go in at a slight angle but other than that a great spot.
Its in a great area also as we stayed in a hotel on the beach front which is only a 30min walk away which is a flat walk.
Thanks again for the use of your space it really helped us have a stress free visit to the beautiful Brighton.

This is a very tight space and the curb drops into a dip so be careful not to damage the front of your car, had to check mine when leaving the space as the front end hit the floor when entering. I have a corsa and managed to get in and out of the space, but wouldn't recommend for inexperienced drivers or those with a wider or lower car.

The parking slot is too narrow. I could barely come out of my Hyundai I30 and I have also scratched it after parking there for the whole week. By the way, I'm a slim person. AP

We were advised that the space was quite small, but we managed to squeeze our Ford Fiesta into the space safely.

The parking space was very easy to find and not a problem, but be aware if you have a large car bigger than a Volkswagen Golf or a Ford Focus, don't park here as you will not be able to open your doors. I had to park my car very very close to the wall on the passenger side so I could get out.Car it was quite a tight squeeze but otherwise very good. And also if you have a low front end on your car do not park here as the road dips very low and goes high which scrapes the front of your car quite badly. So be aware of this but otherwise very good.
