Driveway space on Clayton Road, Brighton in a safe, quiet cul-de-sac with very little vehicle traffic. Great place to park without worry of damage by passersby.
Width-wise the driveway is very roomy with plenty of space to open doors or unload a wheelchair. There's also a movement-sensitive light outside if you're parking in the dark.
There ARE a couple of on-street bays opposite where cars often park so, while small/medium cars should have no major problems, long cars or vans may not be able to get in & out easily! Please consider this before you book!
The space is a five minute walk from Brighton Racecourse and Queens Park, as well as multiple bus routes. Nearby bus routes to the Marina, Churchill Square, Brighton Station and more run very regularly. A walk into town, to the station, or down to the seafront is also only about 25-30 minutes from this spot.

It’s a decent size space, however the road is narrow can make it difficult to manoeuvre. A normal hatchback will fit fine, anything bigger is going to struggle.

It's a quiet street and about 30 mins walk to the beach
However it's a very narrow road with cars parked both sides of the street so very tight to manoeuvre is a understatement if you have a big or long car AVOID
I had to do about a 20 point turn to get in and out. Only suitable for a mini
I would only use if no other options
It's a safe street just a warning for bigger cars

More like a 30min walk to the pier , and very hilly! Clayton Road is very narrow and on a none too salubrious residential area. But left car overnight with no issues and got an Uber back with luggage.

no too small for the van, run down area, bins in the way, very narrow Rd, with cars opposite the space making it a nightmare to park in!!

I parked her for less than 24 hours of my 5-day booking as I was not at all comfortable with the location of this place. I felt very vulnerable, as a single woman, walking to and from this place alone, particularly at night.
