Due to the ongoing construction on the property our car got quiet dirty, also the driveway has been blocked several times by a van and had to be moved by workcrew to enter the parking space.

OK initially, and when I accepted a suggestion we book for the day for an extra pound or so, I accepted, but the website did not correct my booking from 5 until 11 PM
I tried contacting you, too long a wait, and then the host, with no reply
