Found car park easy. But not as easy to get out by foot no exit signs to get out could be made clearer also found no way back in other than by the main door.
Car park felt secure. Had no problems in parking at all.

Complete scam. Could not find the car park. When I gave up, parked somewhere else and walked to the address the streets were actually restricted access and therefore could not have reached the car park. First time booking with you, I won’t be caught doing it twice.

Easy to find if you follow the directions, great secure spot, large enough space for SUV. Left car for 24 hours- good peace of mind

The booking process was smooth price comparable to other all day parking which were full. Access was tricky up access only roads not allowed by satnaves. Look on street view first best as the descriptions of buildings to turn by needs updating. The gates were open when entry and exit so didn't need the code, but that also meant there were homeless people sleeping inside, begging the entrance so it didn't feel safe. Also water on the ground had to step in when got out of the car still there when left and it hadn't rained so didn't look like had a drain.

This is a prime parking spot right in the middle of the lanes. We will defo use again.
It is easier to find if you just follow the postcode and ignore the no vehicle access signs.
Not not use the the instructions given based on shops and restaurants as some of these have changed. We tried to follow this and we went round the one way systems about 3 times.

This would have been a good spot if they actually kept the gate closed to have it safe
We turned up to find people doing drugs in one of the spaces, harassing us the second we parked
Spaces are small, just be warned if driving a bigger car or having to get a small child out
Also very low, generally very tight car park

bad experience, space is extremely hard to find, when we returned the following day the barriers had broken meaning we where blocked in, called just park helpline and they had no idea what to do, there words where there isn't anything else we can do? we were left in the rain for over an hour without being able to access our car, we had to wait for the nearby restaurants to open and luckily a helpful employee helped us gain access manually with force
