The car park is smelly as it is full of pigeon poo and urine.
The directions to get there were not good as there was a road closure on accounted for.
We had a lot of trouble trying to find the car park and nearly gave up to be honest.
When we finally found it, the spaces are quite tight if you have a big car.
What we liked about it was it was a fair price and it was convenient to where we wanted to go

The directions said it was difficult to find and it was. The directions online were out of date. The roads on the directions were all closed and impassable. We eventually managed to get to it after 1 hour driving around in circles. The car park, once there, was OK and the spaces are just about big enough although there weren't many cars parked there, maybe because no one could find it! If it was full it would take a lot of manoeuvring to get out of a space.

Terrible problem finding car park although once
There parking fine. The road you said you drive down was closed off. Took an hour to find car park and if have fines hope you will pay

Impossible to find the garage following the directions which did not take account of road closures.

When we arrived expecting to park in our pre booked space, there were no spaces available in the car park.
We contacted Just Park who told us we had to contact the car park operator which we did - they never got back to us.
We ended up having to pay for parking elsewhere and could never get a refund. Would definitely never park here again.

It was impossible to use the bay as the roads were closed due to construction. What makes this infuriating is that you will see prior reviews complaining about the same thing. Wish I had checked the reviews

the roads were all closed around my parking area through water mains repairs and due to the one way streets around it I couldn't actually park and use the facility.
I phoned the helpline and waited for 30 mins first time and 20 mins second time. how frustrating it would've been if I hadn't been able to find an NCP parking facility. Your customer service is ridiculously bad in not answering for 50 mins combined.
I won't be using this service anymore simply based on your pathetic service.

Cannot find the parking because the road before timberland was close due to work in progress, cannot find an other way, turning everywhere loosing 30 min in search, after we give up.
