don't use the directions Google maps link as it took me to a similar looking underground carpark which was actually private

The place is not fit for purpose, it was so hard to find. When we did eventually find it we could not get in there due to work being done.
When we did eventually get in, there was rubbish and old furniture at the entrance.
The spaces are far too tight. Hence I have ended up with a big scratch on my door.
Also it is not secure, the doors was never closed as they was broken.
The place should not be advertised as a car park

The entrance to the car park was blocked by bins so we could t turn into the road ,,, we were late for a booking and ended up having to go in the NCP and pay again to park

Unfortunately we couldn’t use this parking spot (so lost ££) as it was sooo tricky to find!!! We didn’t end up locating it at all after driving for half an hour so decided to give up :(

We had water all around our feet and we came back to some drips that have landed on the bonnet. We parked in space 9. The liquid that's dripped on our car has damaged our paint work on a new car. I and not impress and want a refund

You have to drive through The Lanes to get to this garage. Very disconcerting. The spaces are very tight.

Awful car park, like a crack den. satnav can't locate. Tells you to walk. Stinks of urine. One way in and out, with a tight bend what could be dangerous if another vehicle was entering or exiting at the same time.
Didn't leave vehicle over night as didn't feel comfortable one bit with location of car park.
£30 for 24hours park. Is outrageous for the state and size of this car park. Avoid if possible.
