Just park app is good but very difficult to find the car park. We followed the instructions but we couldn't find it. We decided to give up because we where scared to get some penalty notice due to drive in a no entry area. we use a different car park so we paid twice!

No warning that this was a paid for carpark and got a fine for being slightly over time. JustPark not interested which was really disappointing

Fairly easy to book, but a nightmare to find, really tucked away, we spoke to some local police officers and they didn’t even know this car park existed.

The directions are no where near - had to google other opinions as it’s actually in the shops and down in effect no car access areas. There is also a massive door stop where the doors would shut that endless cars have scraped over. Nice and convenient when you’re there but do your research first

Not sure how this happened but I reserved a place and thought I had paid as I had received a receipt but when I went to leave I was charged over double the original charge.

We turned up at the allotted time & there were no available spaces at all so we couldn't park.
We had expensive tickets for an event so had to find street parking elsewhere which amazingly we did but obviously extra cost & we were the last people allowed into our event. It made our evening very stressful particularly as my friend was disabled hence needing to park near by and I'd never book this car park or similar car parks again.
