First time using Just Park, was a bit unsure where I was going to park up as I was not from the area and visiting somewhere for the first time can be rather daunting. Thankfully with a choice of locations presented and a second tab open with street view I chose somewhere well within walking distance of where I needed to be. Directions via google maps was spot on, and the actual car parking space was easy to find, there were actually quite a few empty spaces which was good. So my fears of turning up and the space(s) being taken were quashed. Would definitely use again.

Not very good with online parking but JustPark were great. Replied on the phone within a minute with a query I had. Updates came through quickly for my piece of mind.

The actual parking was fine, thank you. However, the post code given on your Booking Confirmation (BN1 1YF) was incorrect. It transpired that the postcode given on Google directions (BN1 1WR) was correct so the satnav eventually got us there.
