A small local run business has surplus parking available. Multiple spaces located on The Mount, off of St. James Road in Brentwood and situated around the Railway Square flats. The space is big enough to fit a van/minibus i.e. Ford Sprinter. Less the 3 minute walking distance to Brentwood Railway station and the Elizabeth Line in a well lit area. Each bay is chained off and secured with a coded padlock for your convenience. It is requested that you reapply the chain after parking and after leaving the bay.

Great location, perfect if staying at the Premier Inn. It was really difficult to access the padlocks, they a bit damaged and were not working properly with the code given. It took two of us trying every padlock and we finally got one open after 10 minutes of trying.

Used this app to park car in Brentwood, Essex as premier inn there had limited parking spaces. Found app easy to use and great value for money, was sent directions and PIN code for car parking along with photo of car park, reminders before my parking date, would definitely use again!
