Can't extend the booking due to rubbish connections so will probably get a ticket as delayed having an interview . Not happy

I was charged 20p more with just park. If I had used the car park machine it would have cost me 50p for 30mins. But just park charged me 70p!

Using the app with ridiculous I have dyslexia and really struggled with it and I'm sure anyone with a foreign language would have the same problem

There's nothing wrong with the car park but trying to download the app which kept bringing up problems, to-ing and fro-ing and just being a time consuming nuisance nearly made me give up and drive off. Hopefully the app will be easy to use in the future! I now have 3 different apps on my phone just for car park payments.

The spaces are marked very well and if I didn't have the app I would have been able to park as both cash machine were out of order
