Really convenient football match day parking - just a 5 to 10 minute walk to Ewood Park. Easy to find and the owner shows you where to park. It was also well lit up on our return and is clearly secure. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot to park for Ewood Park. Easy access on a quiet cul -de - sac was greeted on arrival and shown where to park. Short walk to the ground and and left after the game without being stuck in traffic
