I reserved three days of parking for £28. I inquired about shuttle bus availability via email and telephone, but the hotel representatives failed to disclose the associated charges, which begin at £15 and increase based on the number of passengers. Furthermore, the shuttle service is unavailable during nighttime hours, necessitating the use of Uber at an additional cost of £27. Consequently, the total expenditure amounted to £73. Based on this experience, I would not recommend a repeat booking....

Very unsatisfactory parking.

I called DeSalis hotel/parking and they confirmed they will provide transport to the airport. I told them we were arriving after midnight and they said fine they will arrange someone to pick us up. When we dropped our car we were told there was no transport and had to get a taxi. We paid £50 in total to and from. If l had known all this l would have just booked at the airport as costs including taxi were same as parking at the airport. It should be clear what time you provide transport. All your staff should also be aware. I was told by one of your staff that if she had answered the phone she would have told us the truth but details of your service should be readily available and clear. Just let your customer know the time you provide a shuttle bus.

Very quick, simple, and cost effective parking method! I was surprised on how many places you can park - definitely an app to keep hold of!

Perfect parking, even had a shuttle to the airport for extra of course. But taxis are relatively hard to get in the area unless previously booked. Taxis are upward of £40 so shuttle is the best option.

Perfect distance from the airport and the hotel provided a taxi too.
