Stansted Airport Lodge Prebook Car Park

The parking we had at the Stansted Airport Lodge was very good value for money at just over £26 from 15.00 on Tuesday to 17.00 on Friday, February 21-24. The car park at the Lodge isn’t large but big enough to handle the number of cars that would normally use it. Our car was secure for the time we were away. The establishment was probably slightly further from Stansted airport than I thought, and an early morning taxi was a bit more expensive than I realised, but as far as just park.com was concerned I was very satisfied with the service on offer.

We parked our van there when on a five night break. Confirmation of our booking was quickly received via email. We received directions on how to find it on the day we were arriving. No check in to bother with, just park in any space and take your keys with you. It was £23 taxi fare to the airport. I would book to park here again.

Car was damaged by ladder the hotel owner left against the building and other cars had fence panels and other rubbish hitting them. Avoid at all costs!

Disaster. The car park was advertised as being 1.2 miles (walking) from the airport. As I began walking, it emerged that it was over an hour's walk. I opted for a taxi - £16 and half an hour's wait which resulted in missing my flight. Story cost me £500!

18/01/24 in the morning I went to the booked parking lot. After arrival, no one came to see me. I tried to call, only voicemail. After 20 minutes, I quickly drove to another parking lot. Unfortunately, I had to pay again
