China Town Car Park - Wrottesley Street

Easy booking process and we found the car park easily with the post code given (the car park was in the centre of Birmingham, a city we have never driven to before and on a busy Saturday). It was great to just park up and then just drive out after our theatre visit without the stress of payment. The amount we paid was exactly the same too and was listed on the wall inside. Will definitely use again and can 100% recommend.

Very easy to book parking space and also the process when we arrived to park was smooth. also we liked the safety of the car park with intercom access after providing car reg.

Great car park, very central location. Secure shutters and pedestrian access via intercom. We parked here and easily found a disabled space next to the lift.

I was impressed with the sign-up system & car-park location finder! Everything worked like clock-work until we came to get out: despite pressing the exit-intercom numerous times there was no response! Eventually, after about 10 attempts there was some un-intelligible response & the door opened! None too impressed with that part!

The exit shutter did not rise, despite the fact that I had pre-paid and was leaving early. There was no intercom and no assistance, and the manual release lever failed to operate. I and another pre-paid driver had to find a third driver who had paid immediately before - we followed them out, hoping the shutter would not come down and trap or hit us. I shall be submitting a complaint and warning other users of this car park.
