Also ideal for use if flying from Birmingham airport.The space is in a gated private car park operated with a fob there is also an intercom system in place. Price can be adjusted for longer parking needs. Thank you
Note: The space is gated and a fob system so I will need to let you in initially. I work Monday to Friday flexitime and from home sometimes. If you need to gain entrance after 9am or before 3.30pm please message first to make sure I can be in to show you the space etc. generally I can arrange to be in though. Please message first if its at very short notice so I can arrange to be there. Thank you.

Great location for walking to Barclaycard Arena with fast easy access to motorway (no more waiting in the Barclaycard Arena car park to exit).

Booking made 5months beforehand, and has been taken as ignored..neighbours helpful & let us in,in her absence,just on phone..Great..You'll need good communication skills and be prepared to take full responsibility for situation.

Jamie dealt promptly with our request at very short notice, answering all questions quickly and accurately, which gave us the confidence to book the space only a few hours in advance. The car was secure and the location was easy to get to despite being in the middle of Birmingham! Great service, would highly recommend.

Jamie was extremely helpful. It was an excellent and secure parking space and we enjoyed a short walk along the canal to the Birmingham Symphony Hall stopping off at Pizza Express for a pre-concert dinner.

Friendly and accomodating.
Price isn't the cheapest in comparison to other spaces on this site but I didn't mind paying a little more as I felt the space was secure and allowed me to enjoy the trip without worrying about the security of the car.

Very helpful. We texted to say we would be late and got a reply saying it was fine as she was not going out. I do think it is unfair for people to leave negative feedback if they are late and expect the owner of the space to drop arrangements to be there all day waiting for you to arrive. I would say keep the owner informed of your traffic situation and she will do her best to meet you to let you in with her key fob. She was more than helpful to us and gave us a code for the gate so we could drop shopping back to the car by foot. Would not hesitate to use again.
