This car park was blocked off as the road was closed! We could not get into the car park at all - an event was on and we were told we had to leave and find somewhere else. This booking was made and could not be used. How can I get my money back?

I like to contact the just park to get the refund because the road for entrance on the car park was close . But when i want to report this the app hase some error .

it's behind a load of shops/clubs . it's messy. didn't seem to be much CCTV and there was noone to monitor it. so my worry is will there be a spot for my car if I next use it. however... was my car fine, yes... did anything happen bad to my car, no. would I use again ... I don't know.

Road was closed no access could not get to the car park no prior notice given spent an hour trying to find alternative parking and was then late for the Elton John concert and missed the start, completely d spoilt the evening.

This is also a pay and display car park where people can just turn up and park, so you actually have no guarantee of a space, you just have to hope there is a free bag
