On the parking place there is an iron raise, obviously used to keep the driveway door fixed when shut. This iron raise is scraping the lower surface of the car if the car is not high enough. With my Skoda Fabia, it scraped both on going in and out. Happily nothing seems to be damaged. Otherwise for higher cars it will be perfect place, it is easy to find and close to Lea Hall rail station.

There is no dropped kerb in front of the drive, meaning it is difficult to get into the space, and additionally a piece of metal sticks up in the middle of the entrance, which was unavoidable and scraped the bottom of my car.
