Owner of the parking space was very accommodating and friendly and the space is perfect distance from the Barclaycard arena. Close enough to walk (About 5 minutes) but far enough away to avoid all the traffic coming out of the arena. Will definitely park here again in the future.

The perfect parking space for Arena Birmingham, Sealife Centre, Brindley Place and Symphony Hall - just a few minutes walk and avoids queuing for ages to get out a big multi-storey after an event. Easy access from the ring road (A4540) from M6 and A38(M). Covered and safe parking and really helpful owner who responded quickly to my queries. We will use again.
