I had a real issue here on the day I parked. I purchased a ticket then came back to extend the ticket. The machine was not working properly for several people and the que was long. I then tried to purchase another ticket but machine would not take the coin, same issue as others. I then had to dowlonad the app and by via app. I tried to call you but no answer, how do i get in touch to discuss this as I am now really concerned as my initial ticket and the payment i made via app will have a time difference.
