Absolute fraud. No space at property, phoned owner 4 times with no answer. Knocking on door for 10 minutes when finally two young men literally ran out of the door, threatening me and telling me to get off their property. All this while my 3 kids looked on from the car. Absolutely shocking. And still waiting for JustPark to confirm a refund. Expecting a full and unreserved apology and removal of this address from the app to prevent this happening again. The vendor was 9 Russel Road, Birmingham, promoted as parking for Esgbaston. Clearly fraudulent, but also a safety risk.

I booked a space the next morning I got an email to say the space was cancelled and they would refund in five days. They took the money straight away so should return straight away.
