Easy to book, straight in when we arrived, however leaving was a different experience, barriers would not lift, intercom took forever to answer, cars behind me beeping their horns, so stressful, barrier was lifted after they had checked my booking but just a stressful end to our evening

This is a high quality and simple system that removes all the stress from parking in Birmingham. Pre booking at decent rates, with ANPR on entry and exit so there is nothing to do. A link gets you into your route planner, and my impression was they have thought of everything.
