I booked at the Mailbox in Birmingham, which was very convenient for my event. It is well lit, spacious and feels safe. The instructions for getting in and out were clear, with barriers lifting automatically. Booking with JustPark allowed me to pay half the cost I would have had to pay if I had booked direct. This was very welcome in the present economic climate!

Good car park. All went as planned with directions and entry and exit. Reasonable price for city centre parking. Would use again. Please make it clear that cars entering Birmingham city centre may be Subject to a congestion charge.

Pre booked. Found the car park easily. Arrived five minutes after my booking commencement and the barrier lifted straight away.
Early afternoon on Easter weekend and there appeared to be plenty of spaces available.
On returning to my car the next day, the barrier on exit lifted straight away.
Absolutely no issues and a nice easy experience.
