Really unhelpful. I had a problem with my JustPark account and I didn't think my first payment for our parking in Birmingham had gone through so re-booked but made it slightly longer by one hour than the original booking. I noticed the next day that both payments had gone through. Spoke to Customer Services to ask for refund of some description but they were adament that I had to pay the full amount twice as I had increased the parking time by one hour.
After the above review was published I was offered a refund for my second payment and an apology for the confusion - hence the reason why I have given them 2 stars rather than just 1 star.

I used Just Park when picking up my daughter at Birmingham airport. Rather than paying £50+ for airport parking, I paid £4.05 (really) to park near New Street Station (a 10 minute train ride from the airport). No queues to get out and a clean, safe parking space. What’s not to like?
