I have a parking space available for rent on my driveway on Princess Street, Longbridge, Birmingham. The space is big enough to fit medium vehicles i.e. Audi A3.
There is a 10-15 min walk to Longbridge train station (google maps advises it takes longer as it does not recognise the pedestrian access at the bottom of my road?). Catching the train at Longbridge provides quick access to Selly Oak university, Birmingham 5 ways, Birmingham new street station in Birmingham city centre to name a few.
Access to M5 and M42 is also near by.
Within a 10 minute walk is Longbridge town centre. Here you will find plenty of shops such as M&S, Sainsbury’s, Boots and Smyths toy store. there is also a Permier Inn hotel.
In addition, there are places for food and drink. Examples are The Cambridge (pub), Costa and the very popular Herberts Yard that serve delicious food via The Digebth Dining club caterers.
Also locally are a cinema, McDonalds, more pubs, Lickey Hills, Cofton Park and the new River Rea walk.
