I think the fact you have to pay to park at a hotel you are staying at is awful, especially as I am a disabled badge holder, especially when you are paying for the hotel as well. This would put me off visiting the city again.

very tight parking spaces and concrete posts make several spaces innaccessible for average car size

paying and set up system was a nightmare wouldn't want to park there again to complicated and not straight forward an expensive considering it's at 6pm.

The payment by phone/app only instructions were not categoric enough. It is also discriminatory.
The extend by text was useless.
The telephone payment worked well. Including extension.
I will only use this parking again if I have no other choice.

Neither the app nor the telephone system worked when i parked the car. Had to wait for at least half hour before i could pay.
