Booking cancelled just before was due to arrival after 2hour journey

No drop kerb so we arrived and driveway was actually blocked, luckily the driver returned quite quickly and moved to give us access. Then returned and the drive was blocked partially, managed to just get out. Multiple spaces but one behind the other, not a problem if youre the last car to park but could be if you arrive first then want to leave first. Wouldnt have wanted to be walking around the area on my own as a woman, but felt safe enough with my husband
