Parking on Minivet Drive, B12

I know it was a long time ago but it was double booked at the time - when we returned to the car it was blocked in by others who had booked the same drive. Luckily we didn't need to wait long.

There was no parking space. I was forced to park round the corner next to a burnt out car. I will send photographic evidence and will be asking for a full refund

I have requested the refund as there was no parking available have to pay 50£ extra to get an emergency parking (still waiting for refund after 9 days

This was my first booking with JustPark. It was very simple and straightforward, with maps prices and directions given in easy to understand language. The payment was taken by card and the booking confirmed in moments. I contacted the space provider via the site and had a reply within minutes. This was a really professional experience and one I'm sure I'll repeat soon!

The three parking spaces outside the house were already full, so we had to park on the street

There was no where to park on the driveway so we had to park elsewhere. We also did not feel comfortable leaving the car.

We arrived later than planned due to traffic in the way. However this spot was great easy to find easy to use and very easy to get back on the road after the event. Gates made it feel safe. Big enough space for large vehicles. Will defiantly use again.

It felt odd, very cramped to get into the space, rundown street, house looked vacant. It was near the cricket ground, which met our needs. Wouldn't feel safe if a single female travelling alone

My only comment is we had to park and block the owner’s car and it was unclear if that was ok
