As other comments have said, the owner is a nice chap. We had a brief chat with him before going to watch a WBA match. Very convenient space for the football and just a few minutes walk to the stadium.

Used this parking space for the West Brom Vs Aldeshot game (Away fan)
Fantastic space, very close to the West Brom ground.
After the game, the owner very kindly invited us into his house to see his cute dog and a chat, while the football traffic cleared.
Thank you and will definitely use this parking space again!

Excellent parking space for an SUV vehicle. Location ideal for a quick getaway after a football match. 10 minute walk to the stadium. Owner is very friendly and has the front covered by CCTV. Would thoroughly recommend 10 out of 10
