Beyond House Birmingham Car Park

this is ridiculous. - more than my fears that the car park offered would be full the car park was completely closed and fenced off by a barrier and bins! we had tickets for a show at symphony hall and had to find another carpark with payment via ANOTHER app !!!!!

These carparks need to be checked out on a regular basis as the one we were offered was a building site that we couldn't get into. We had to find somewhere last minute to park.

Couldn’t find the car park, certainly nothing like the photos. Had to find alternative parking. The postcode led to a building currently being refurbished and surrounded with Harris fencing. Help line was not open, definitely not recommended

We drove around looking for the car park but couldn't find it as the sat nav kept saying we have arrived. The car park wasn't on 55 Holloway head, Birmingham. I later discovered it was on a side road, on Chapmans passage behind it. A completely different road. Sadly we had to park somewhere else and pay again.

Middle of nowhere, didn't feel safe leaving the car, and couldn't extend the parking time. Tried to call JustPark but their lines were off, so waited til the morning to be told, it would be full price ticket of £8 again for the 15 minutes I went over, and that it wouldn't guarantee I wouldn't get a fine.

The address provided, having pre paid for parking, was a disused office block in the centre of Birmingham. No parking available and road closures all around the building due to scaffolding. No parking found, had to search a further 30 minutes in the centre of Birmingham 7.00 Saturday night to park before a show at the O2 academy on the night !! Will be seeking a full refund !!
