The carpark is very small. It used to be slightly bigger but half not blocked off for bins

I left my car in the car park, unaware that it would be locked & I could not remove my car! I have had to get a taxi after work rather than picking my car up - leaving my greatly inconvenienced.
Signage should be more clear that the car park is locked at night.
