Could not find the car park, the postcode given was the wrong one and when I requested a refund due to not being able to find it it was denied! Not very good service at all

everything else perfect. quite a few stairs to get back to ground level and I couldn't see a lift

If the car park was busy then parking would've been tight, but I only ever saw about 3 cars in there.
