Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Car Park

Terrible problem to access. Neither the open door link or the code you sent worked. I eventually used the emergency code to both get in and out. Not impressed and won’t use the hotel again because of the parking problem

DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK!!!! Unless you drive a Ford KA or Fiat 500, I would not recommend you use this car park. It is the tightest car park ever. I booked a space but there were non available when I arrived. It transpired that hotel staff were using the spaces and one of them came to move their car, which was lucky because there is no way I could have turned my car around. When I left the car park, it was impossible to get the car out of the exit ramp and I did £250 worth of damage to the car because it got wedged on the ramp. This should not be a car park and I wish I had booked the Q Park next door. Please don't make the same mistake.

Do not park here, very tight getting into and out of the parking gates, the app didn't work to open the gates and if travelling on your own you have to get out use the code and then get back in, there is no room to turn to get out it's a joke. Use the multi storey parking near the hotel.

No code sent and couldn’t get the barrier to rise through the app. I ended up having to phone to sort this out. So while I did manage to access the parking this was inconvenient.

Booking experience was simple and easy. The car park itself is incredibly tight so extreme caution is required. I would say only confident drivers should attempt to use.

The car park is very handy underneath the hotel. A few more signs would be handy I am a wheelchair user couple of problems is there is no lift from the car park up to the hotel I had to get through one door to a set of stairs nothing said that there was no lift on the app or around the car park So. Had to then get back out the car park in my wheelchair and go around the front of the hotel which with a case is very difficult The car park spaces are very small not designed for disabled people On exiting the car park it is very tight we have a ford galaxy and trying to turn it is a nightmare my husband scratched the alloys So if you have a big car I wouldn’t park in this car park

Directions were perfect, all information needed was given, would 100% use again! Didn’t need to worry about barrier codes as the app has a lift barrier button!
