Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Car Park

Can't contact anyone. Try to and you get an error message.

The app does not work to get in or out, directions to the parking Not easy .

The barrier didn't take my code or emergency code, I had to call in. this is not a good customer experience being trapper in a car park and hoping somebody will pick up the phone!

I was given a pin number on booking which didn't work on arrival.

There was no button in the app, nor did the code or the emergency code work

The codes I was provided with didn’t work nor the buttom for opening the gate.

I was disappointed because both the pin and the emergency pin supplied did not allow access to or exit from this car park. Luckily an employee at the hotel was around on both occasions to let me in and out. Just Park have advised that they are investigating. Apart from the issues getting in and out, the experience was quite good.

Access code didn’t work so had to call customer service and that took 20 minutes and eventually got access only to find it extremely difficult to park and exit with a regular saloon car.

Not a lot of room for a large car ! Had trouble getting in & out of car park because pin didn’t work on app or on key pad in the park

PIN number would not work when we arrived and the emergency number would not work either so we had to ring for assistance to open barriers and when we were leaving the same thing happened was not very impressed also the exit was very tight to come out would not be booking again
