Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Car Park

I read numerous reviews on Google saying the code you need to access the carpark doesn't work - we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, Brindley place, Birmingham. The code did not work for us either, fortunately there was a staff member available to check our booking and provide access to the carpark as well as a code to exit the next day. I'm not sure what's going on, but I suggest Just park get this sorted as it will put people off using the carpark in the future; particularly when there is a Q Park next door....

Absolutely worst car park. Under hotel with very tight entry/exit (badly designed); impossible to position to put in pin code; hotel confirmed that no guests use it because of all these reasons and its cheaper to go elsewhere (telling us this after we've parked/paid extortionate amount of course). Exit was the worst as hotel staff pile up the laundry carts near the exit so if it isnt tight enough to get out (ie you have to do about 5 manouevres to position your car to drive out) then we had to get out and push these heavy carts out of the way to make room.

Extremely disappointed. My wife and daughter went to the car park, but the gate didn’t open. I had prepaid £49, and after 6 pm there was no one available to help. She had to find another parking space in busy Birmingham. I will never use them again. I have all the photos my wife took while trying to get in.

Very clear instructions to find and access the parking. Receipt available instantly. It felt secure although the barrier was up both on arrival and departure Parking is tight and not helped by building works and laundry trollies so not suitable for larger vehicles.

Everything was fine, you gave the wrong code, used emergency code, Hotel gave correct code. Thank you.

Too complex, too expensive...

worse car park experience ever. Pin code didn't work, app didn't work. If it wasn't for hotel staff having to override the system would never have got in the carpark and the prepay would have been wasted. Will never use Just Park again.

Very tight entrance to car park for my SUV. Also the entry code had changed and I had to go to the hotel reception to get a fresh one. I think they change it frequently - even the exit code changed within three hours of my being given it.

We were given the wrong code. It's a very tight underground carpark. There was one place left, and there was no way we would have been able to get our estate car in there. We left and found much cheaper alternative parking two mins away

The code would not work and your phones were not answered. The entering and leaving of the car park was very tight.
