Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Car Park

The service by just park was awful, the app would not open the car park gate, spent 15 minutes on hold to then be given a code to open the gate (which worked), was the told that code would work to exit the car park the following morning..... it didn't. £25.99 to park and deal with this service is way too much! Not a great service.

The entrance lane and particularity the exit lane is SO NARROW with a 90 degree turn making it so difficult to turn. With the usual concrete raised edges the car sensors are going off continually and I had to get out of teh car to try and judge how to turn on my way out. It must have taken me 10minutes to makes sure I did not scrape my rims or back left wheel arch in a X5 size BMW [ IX) NO way that a large RSUV or typical large estate car could easily get in and out. The venue needs to cut back the raised concrete edges and also apply rubber edges to protect rims. I will not stay here again, jut too tight turnings to enter/exit and especially as a rim scuff could cost over £100 to re-polish.

Very tight car park.

Easy to book and use. Would be helpful to give people who have long length SUV/4x4 vehicles some warning of the very tight parking spaces and extremely tight turn required to exit the building as leaves only a few inches for error.

I’m sure that there are car parks that are easier to navigate however the car park at the Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham was extremely difficult to exit. Can’t fault service in terms of booking and instructions in that alone 5/5 but the car park itself was to be fair not easy to park in and I have a relatively small car larger cars good luck. On exit there was not enough swing as bins were all at the side in a row and I was very fortunate in my new car not to firstly bump the car and secondly scrap the wheels. Took a good 5 minutes to navigate the turn and I can drive! So do your homework perhaps though this is why the car park opposite is twice the price!

Was great to just drive in and leave the car safe My only negative would be how tight it is to actually get in the entrance with a mazda cx5 Didn't help that some plonker had parked across from the entrance which made it all the more difficult However would definitely recommend and I would use it again

No instructions how to enter or exit with with repaid booking so had to pay again?

The code never works. We always end up using the emergency code.

Very tight exit which was made all the tighter by someone leaving stacks of crates in the way.
