Novotel Birmingham Car Park

Easy app to follow with good competitive price and very close to where we going, far cheaper than what the hotel was going to charge so happy days

Birmingham centre parking for the weekend for £25 was perfect. I’ll use this again

Very secure, but very tight parking spaces. There is a tight bend into the car park. When we arrived it was not that full. The bays are three between the concrete columns so people park in the middle bay. We park on a side bay so two cars could easily get into. When we departed most bays were full, so bit of a squeeze

I feel ripped off - parking meter on the carport so I had to pay again.

On returning to the Novotel. The person behind the front desk tried to chatge me again for the parking until I told them I had prepaid. Googlemaps made it difficult to find the Novotel Broad Street but with help from people I got there. Space was good and safe, thank you

Difficult to find

Booking was easy and could show venue site confirmation of booking. Advance payment much cheaper and location secure. Despite prepayment the site where I parked still needed ticket to be validated and then it didn't work. Staff helpful with old style car park and letting me out.

Needs very specific instructions in order to locate, given the various construction going on with roads blocked off, and tram/bus restrictions preventing access to most logical routes.

Easy to navigate, straight in and straight out no issues, just showed the hotel my confirmation and was granted a ticked

my satnav didn't take me to the carpark entrance. would recommend that you drive to the hotel entrance, and the car park entrance is to the right of reception. Everything is very straightforward after that!
