First time using this site. Didn't have any advance communication with owner but that didn't matter as found the place fine and she was there to meet. 15 min walk from Edgbaston.

My only comment is there were three other cars in drive on arrival. There was loads of space but I wasn't sure whether to park in front of the garage or not or whether any more cars would be coming and how best to park. When it is busy, it might be useful jut to put some cones out or something on the hedge to indicate how many cars are expected

Great parking with just a short stroll down to Birmingham University Sports Stadium. Plenty of space for parking and felt really secure. We used Waze to locate the house - it is the first house as you come out of Eastern Road. Perfect! Thank you.
